First Camp is Scandinavia's largest camping chain and one of Europe's leading players in the camping and resort industry. We create memorable holiday experiences for our guests by offering high-quality accommodation, activities, and service. The reception is often the guest's first point of contact with us and plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression.
We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged receptionist who wants to contribute to ensuring our guests have a truly wonderful stay with us.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a receptionist, you are an important part of the guest experience and serve as the face of the destination. You are responsible for giving our guests a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is as smooth and pleasant as possible.
The tasks are varied and may include, among other things:
- Check-in and check-out of guests.
- Handling bookings, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Providing information, service, and support to guests during their stay.
- Sales and cash handling at the reception and shop.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other incoming matters.
- Administrative tasks related to the daily operation of the reception.
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure a high level of service.
- Supporting operations in other areas as needed.
The position is a seasonal employment for the summer with varying degree of employment. The scope is usually between 20–40 hours per week, but can be adjusted in dialogue based on the needs of the business and your availability.
Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the collective agreement of the Hotel and Restaurant Workers' Union.
Who Are You?We are looking for you who are passionate about service and thrive in meeting people in a varied and social work environment. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have the ability to maintain a professional attitude even during periods of high tempo.
We would like you to:
- Have previous experience in customer service, reception, or similar service roles.
- Have good administrative skills and be accustomed to working in a structured manner.
- Be service-oriented, positive, and communicative.
- Enjoy taking personal responsibility while being a team player.
- Have good computer skills and learn new systems easily.
- Be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

- Degree of employment: Usually 20–40 hours per week, with the possibility of adjustment based on business needs and your availability.
- Employment type: Seasonal employment.
- Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend according to schedule.
- Start date: According to agreement.
